 Olga Ohly

Olga Ohly is co-founder of the Ekosem-Agrar Group, from which Ekotechnika was spun off in 2011. She has more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. After having studied German language and literature as well as agricultural economics in Moscow and Berlin, Olga Ohly did her doctorate at the Institute of Economics, Labour and Administration in Agriculture of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Mrs Ohly was Managing Director of Ekotechnika GmbH from April 2011 to March 2015 and is still Managing Director of Ekotechnika Holding GmbH, the majority shareholder of Ekotechnika AG. In addition, Olga Ohly has coordinated the “German-Russian agricultural policy dialogue” cooperation project in Berlin for more than 20 years. In 2009, she was awarded the Stolypin medal “for her contribution to the development of the Russian agricultural sector”.

Olga Ohly has been Chairwoman of the company’s Supervisory Board since 25 August 2018.

Wolfgang Blaesi

Wolfgang Blaesi is engaged in rendering advisory services to middle-market companies. From March, 2010 until September, 2016, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner of Ekotechnika AG and Ekosem-Agrar GmbH. Until 2009, he had worked as the Chief Financial Officer of KTG Agrar AG. Before engaging in agriculture, Wolfgang Blaesi had been a managing partner of Prokon GmbH – a company specialising in advisory services (key area of activity: development of projects related to renewable energy). Wolfgang Blaesi has a degree in finance management and organisation of production.

Wolfgang Blaesi has been Vice Chairman of the company’s Supervisory Board since 19 May 2017.

Rolf Zürn

Rolf Zürn studied business administration at the University of Mannheim (Dipl. Kfm. degree) and the Kellog Graduate School of Management in Chicago (MBA degree). He is owner and Managing Director of Zürn GmbH & Co. KG, which specialises in the distribution of agricultural machines of the John Deere brand, as well as of Zürn Harvesting GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of cutting units for combine harvesters and field choppers. Zürn Harvesting GmbH & Co. KG moreover produces special machines, especially small plot combine harvesters, for the seeds industry.

Rolf Zürn has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 23 October 2015.

Marius Hoerner

Marius Hoerner trained as a banker at Merck, Finck & Co. in Düsseldorf and meanwhile has more than 20 years of experience in the international stock and bond market as well as the management of private and institutional clients. Marius Hoerner is currently authorised representative of HINKEL & CIE. Vermögensverwaltung AG, where he works as an account and fund manager for so-called “Mittelstands-Renten HI Fonds”.

Marius Hoerner has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 23 October 2015.

Lars Bjarne Buwitt  

Lars Bjarne Buwitt is a private attorney. Upon graduation from Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg-im-Breisgau, he passed a bar exam in Hamburg. Before establishing his own law firm, Lars Bjarne Buwitt had worked for a law office in Northern Germany. Since 2006, courts of Northern Germany have been inviting him to act as a bankruptcy manager for both legal entities and individuals. In 2009, he became Certified Bankruptcy Specialist attorney. Among other important areas of his professional activity are consulting on corporate law and restructuring and representation of middle-market companies in court cases related to these areas of law. Lars Bjarne Buwitt is a member of numerous professional law associations, including Norddeutsche Insolvenzforum.
