Olga Ohly founded the EkoNiva Group together with Stefan Dürr, the main shareholder. Since the separation of the Technology Division and the Agricultural Division in 2011, she has served as Managing Director of Ekotechnika. After studying German and Agricultural Economics in Moscow and Berlin, Olga Ohly did her PhD at the Institute of Economics, Labour and Administration in the Agricultural Sector at the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Since 1994, she has worked in different areas of the EkoNiva Group and participated in the development of the agricultural machinery operations, the foundation and the start-up of regional trading and service companies as well as the start-up of the agricultural activities (Ekosem-Agrar). In 2009, she was awarded the Stolypin Medal “for her contribution to the development of Russia’s agricultural sector”.
Wolfgang Bläsi supported the separation of the Technology Division and the Agricultural Division and is today CFO of Ekotechnika and Ekosem-Agrar, which operate as independent holding companies. His responsibilities include the preparation of the financial statements to IFRS, corporate finance and legal restructuring. Up to 2009, he was CFO of KTG Agrar AG, a listed German joint stock corporation. Before joining the agricultural enterprise, Wolfgang Bläsi was Managing Partner of management consultancy ProClion GmbH, which focuses on project developments in the renewable energy sector. He began his professional career at Novasoft AG, where he headed the Accounting and Communications departments for about eight years and later took up the position of CFO. He was also instrumental in preparing the company’s IPO. Wolfgang Bläsi completed vocational training in financial administration and graduated with distinction in technical business management as “Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH)”.
